Indigenous Episcopal leaders address missing, murdered women and girls in panel discussion

[Episcopal News Service] The National Episcopal Church Women hosted a March 11 virtual panel discussion on the high number of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls in the United States.

The panel discussion was part of a series of in-person and virtual events planned during the 70th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, CSW70. Episcopal women and people from across the Anglican Communion are participating in the March 9-19 event, the U.N.’s largest annual gathering on gender equality and women’s rights.
