At Christ Church, we approach sound theological teachings to meet our practical everyday life needs. We place ourselves in God’s hands through worship and praise to His Son, Jesus Christ, as the “Way, the Truth, and the Life,” to a relevant message and music for today’s world. We believe in blending the great traditions of our church with a fresh, modern, contemporary approach to the Gospel. We are a vibrant, loving community of God’s children who are saved by His grace!
Our Mission:
“To seek and serve Christ in others, loving our neighbor as ourselves.”
Our Vision:
“To be a vibrant, spirit filled community celebrating God’s love.”
Our Core Values:
- We value fellowship, acceptance and worship enriched by our own expression of prayer, music and praise.
- We cherish children as members of God’s kingdom.
- We believe in sharing God’s gifts.
- We are a spirit-filled family, embracing all seekers as Christ does.
We Believe:
- Jesus is our Lord and Savior.
- The Bible gives us God’s direction and purpose for our lives.
- The Church is to serve others as Jesus served us.
- Christianity is about a relationship with God, not just a religion.
- Through the Holy Spirit, God lives in us and empowers our lives.

Hill Country Community Ministries
Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM) provides help to families in crisis and those living in poverty right in our own area—southwest Williamson and far northwest Travis counties. HCCM is a nonprofit organization supported by area churches, businesses, civic organizations, concerned individuals, and the United Way of Williamson County.
HCCM operates a Food Pantry and a Clothes Closet that is located at 1005 Lacy Drive, Leander, Texas 78641-1962; phone number 512-259-0360. More than 200 volunteers work at HCCM collecting donations, stocking shelves, and assisting families in need. Donations of imperishable food, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items, and cash are always welcome. At select times of the year, donations of fans or heaters, blankets, and clothing will be needed.
Travis County Community Center, Jonestown
Travis County Community Center serves people in northwest Travis County. Services provided there include a food pantry on regular monthly basis, bread availability daily, and Fresh Food for All (fresh produce) on the second Friday of the month. Meals on Wheels help provide food in the area and the senior population receive meals on a daily basis at the center.
Computers are available for job searches and a fax machine is available on a limited basis. Social work services are available for case management to assist families on a more in-depth basis. Legal services are available after contact with the agency. Seniors are invited for crafts and games weekday mornings.
Christ Episcopal Church supports this agency by providing volunteers to assist sorting fresh produce and working in the food pantry. Needed items are collected by CEC and taken to TCCC several times per year.
Leander High School Greeter
Leander High School serves students in the neighborhoods surrounding Christ Episcopal Church. CEC has partnered with LHS to provide door greeters on Friday mornings. Our group of volunteers meet the students at the door and wish the students a good day as they enter school. While this may appear to be limited contact, the students have come to expect to see our volunteers on Friday mornings and some will ask where the volunteer was if they were out one week.
CEC also collects school supplies for the beginning of the year and coats for the beginning of winter.
Hope Alliance
Hope Alliance is a crisis center serving women in Williamson, Travis, and Bell counties who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. We collect requested supplies on a periodic basis.
