Grace Episcopal Church

Grace Church is located in the center of the County seat in the far Northeast corner of Pennsylvania, surrounded by beautiful rural territory, forest lands, and the Delaware River in historic Honesdale.  We seek to bring the richness of the Anglican tradition adapted to the 21st century. The parish is almost 200 years old and serves the greater Wayne County area.  We are both deeply liturgical - utilizing all the resources provided by the Book of Common Prayer and the supplemental liturgical materials - and community minded - offering the only Emergency Shelter in two counties, as well as weekly free community luncheons and holiday dinners.  We host all the 12-Step programs for our community, as well as Cub and Venturing Scouts.  Located on scenic Central Park our Victorian stone building is a gem.  We also provide venues for numerous musical and theatrical performances.
