Outreach Ministry
Partnerships with:
- Drayton Mills Elementary school (being built now)- St. Christopher's will be helping to operate a pantry with school supplies, clothes, and food; and offer mentoring services
- Haven Homeless Shelter a shelter for families
- Society of St. Andrew collects food at Farmers Markets for those in need
- Spartanburg Senior Highschool- St. Christopher's has a neighborhood picnic for homecoming and allows the school to use the gym for AP Final Exams
- Houston Elementary School- St. Christopher's collects school supplies for students and teachers at this low-income school in Spartanburg
Buildings and Grounds Ministry
- Care for buildings and grounds
- Community Gardens with raised beds and land plots that are open to parishioners and church neighbors. A portion of the produce goes to the soup kitchen and homeless shelter
Christian Formation Ministry

- Shrove Tuesday Oyster Roast- partnership with St. Matthew's and the money is given to a different organization every year

Pastoral Care Ministry
Pastoral Care at St. Christopher's is broken into small teams that work to provide the best pastoral care possible.
Communications Ministry
This team works to provide material for the following items:
- Website
- Social Media
- Marquee sign on church property
- Announcements that are run on televisions in common areas
- Sunday bulletin
- Weekly emails blast
- Internal communications between other church committees
Scout Pack 67
Pack 67 welcomes families to bring girls and boys to a unified scouting experience. This model is excellent for allowing busy families to share scouting experiences together. Since 1910, Scouting in America through the BSA has been known for character development, leadership training, and outdoor education. We are excited to sponsor this inclusive program for the youth in our community.
