BIIN is a network of faith communities, organizations, and individuals working to serve and support the immigrant. St. Thomas is an organizational partner and hosts Spanish-language citizenship classes. The Rev. Dr. Mary Lenn Dixon is the chair and the Rev. Jim Said treasurer of BIIN. Many parishioners volunteer their time, including Chet Robinson who was named 2015 Volunteer of the Year.

St. Thomas is a partner church for Bryan-College Station chapter of Habitat for Humanity. St. Thomas parishioners participate in building, painting, preparing lunches for builders, and more.
