San Pablo/St. Paul's Episcopal

Share a story

St. Paul’s/San Pablo is a church with a long trajectory of helping people to find Jesus Christ. It was founded in the early years of the 20th century as a cornerstone of southeast Houston. Throughout its history it has influenced the lives of many families in various generations. To this day there are still members attending who were part of the founding of this great church. The church offers services in both English and Spanish, in which the Hispanic community is the larger.

The church is actually very actively involved in fortifying each one of our members spiritually.  This creates a strong foundation based on the teachings of Christ.  Our church motto is “Donde todos son Bienvenidos/ Where all are Welcomed” because we strive to create a Christian community.  Our ministries focus on meeting the spiritual needs people are searching for.  We do this by providing Bible studies in Spanish on Wednesdays for our adults and youth, and on Friday mornings in English.  Friday evenings consist of a group established for prayer, praise and evangelism. Finally on Sundays we have a Biblical class available for children and adults. We invite each and every person who has a hunger and thirst for Jesus Christ to join us. In our church you will find the love, AGAPE, which helps us find the real meaning of life.
