St. John's Caring Hands Food Pantry

Food Pantries

Our food pantry has evolved into a "choice pantry".  In our space, this means that shelves are stocked and customers are escorted through and given guidance as they choose their items in each of 5 categories.  As they are available, extras are provided.  Refreshments are served during the operation of the pantry.  As people gather and wait, an opportunity for community is provided.  For some people, this space of community provides a respite from solitary lives.  We look for opportunities to provide education and various other services that might be helpful to the customers.

Hours of operation:

We are open on Thursdays from 3:30PM - 5:30PM.
