St. Paul's Episcopal Church

Share a story

St. Paul's in Ironton, MO, built in 1869, is a fine example of frontier gothic architecture and its appearance today is generally the same as when it was built. It is a handsome church in a lovely setting in the southeast Missouri Ozarks. Both the area and the church receive out of town visitors. Ironton, Missouri today is a small dwindling community like many others in the Ozarks. St. Paul's Church has always had a small congregation and has always been classed as a mission.  Members of St. Paul's contribute to the local food pantry and other community needs as they can.
