Welcome to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. If you're looking for a church home where you can experience God in worship, make new friends, and help the community, we invite you to explore this site and, if you choose, to join us some Sunday. We welcome you whether you are new to faith or have been in church all your life, full of doubt or firm in your faith, young or old, rich or poor, LGBTQ or straight, full of joy or consumed by sorrow. Whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here. You can read more about what we believe and who we are here. A quick note for people with allergies or asthma - we don't use incense, and our candles are oil-filled, which produces less smoke.

We're dedicated to being a positive part of the community. If you live Downriver and need help, contact our office at 734-284-8777. We have a clothing closet and food pantry, and we can occasionally assist with other needs or refer you to agencies that have more resources. You don't need to be part of the congregation. Jesus's acts of compassion, mercy, feeding, and healing were for everyone, and so is our help. We're a small church with limited resources, but we share what we have with those in need.

Nonperishable items are preferred, but perishable items (fruit and vegetables, mainly) can be placed under the box
