Corpus Christi Mission Statement

Our mission as members of Corpus Christi Episcopal Church is to use the gifts God gave us to seek and serve the Christ in all His people through scripture based preaching, teaching and prayer we vow to evangelize within our communities by making our presence known, by offering outreach and pastoral care, and by fostering a welcome atmosphere within our church and homes.  Serving as the hands and feet of Christ we ow to be proponents of reconciliation, peacemakers in the midst of crisis, healers in the midst of pain and bearers of Christ to all the world.

When asked to describe the parish, the words people most often use are warmfriendlyhospitable, and inclusive. And let's not forget fun. We enjoy having a a good time together, from coffee hours to potluck suppers.

It is the spiritual dimension, however, that draws our members and keeps them coming. In Corpus Christi we find food for spiritual growth and renewal, through the liturgy and the sacraments, and an opportunity to be with God in the presence of others.

Corpus Christi offers a spiritual home and a faith community where you can worship, serve others, and grow in the knowledge and love of God.
