St. Mary's Episcopal Church

Share a story

St. Mary's is a vibrant, active, and growing Episcopal Church in the heart of one of America's most diverse and uniquely situated cities.  It partners with over 25 community non-profits and organizations, and plays a leadership role in Anchorage. Subsidiaries include the Thomas Center for Senior Leadership and St. Mary's Creative Playschool ("The Playschool at St. Mary's.)  We are Christ-centered and grounded in the Holy Eucharist and our baptismal covenant. Ministries include social and public policy advocacy, direct aid to those in need, ministry alongside vulnerable populations, early childhood and elder ministries, and creative partnership with churches in the sand lake district of Malawi in Southern Africa.  We strive each day to live the good news of Jesus!
