New "Poplar Parkway" space

We have recently added three lots on adjacent Poplar Street, devoted to more green space featuring native flowering plants and ground covers. There are wide paths leading to three "rockeries," bench seating with large rock backdrops and shade. There is curbside parking and easy access during daylight hours.
