St. James Church

St. James’ is a welcoming in-person and “cyber church” that meets both on Sunday mornings, and also weekly on Wednesday nights for Zoom worship attended by parishioners from not just Encampment, but also Alaska, Arizona, Nebraska, Colorado, Cheyenne, Laramie and Rawlins.  Through all life’s chaos and concerns, members bond over prayers, both ancient and spontaneous.  Laughter and fellowship replaces isolation and enriches our prayer life.

We continue to grow like ripples on a pond, supporting each other no matter where our computers are plugged in.  We love to add friends, neighbors and far-flung family members to our Wednesday night weekly Zoom services.
