It is the goal of St. Philip EYC to see that every child that attends the Emmanuel Episcopal Center has that same feeling on the first day of school. You know, it is hard enough to keep at-risk children and teens in school; let’s not make it more difficult for them...let’s make it easier by providing them with the tools necessary to achieve their dreams.
