Christ and Grace is a lovely brick gothic church located in a suburb of Petersburg. In 2016, we are celecrating 175 years of worship and minisry in the community. Our church is known for our concern and active invovement in efforts to improve Petersburg for all its citizens. We have varieties of worship opportunities from traditional with pipe organ to contemporary with guitars.
Ministries
COMMUNITY GARDEN
Volunteers plant, tend and pick vegetables which are delivered to one or two local food pantries.
MEN'S SHELTER MEALS
Two to three times a month meals are prepared, delivered and served at our local men's shelter.
DAILY FEEDING MEAL PREPARATION
Several times a year, a group from the church prepares a luncheon meal for up to 125 men, women and children who need a hot meal at lunch time.It is deliverd and served at a central facility called the Hope Center.
