Holy Eucharist (Rite II) on 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month--A service of Holy Communion with hymns, choir, music from our pipe organ, and contemporary language held in the Sanctuary. The third Sunday of the month the service is Rite I with traditional language. (Duration is about one hour.) If the month has a fifth Sunday, we alternate between Holy Eucharist (Rite II) and Morning Prayer (Rite II.) Sunday service is available in-person and via Zoom. Morning Prayer (Rite II) on 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month--A prayer service with homily, hymns, choir, music from our pipe organ, and contemporary language held in the Sanctuary. The fourth Sunday of the month the service is Rite I with traditional language. Service is led by a licensed Episcopal Worship Leader. (Duration is about one hour.) If the month has a fifth Sunday, we alternate between Holy Eucharist (Rite II) and Morning Prayer (Rite II.) Sunday service is available in-person and via Zoom. Holiday Stocking Stuffer Project--We work with 20+ churches, temples & mosques to provide holiday gift bags for the 335 long-term behavior health patients of Torrance State Hospital. The stockings/gift bags are filled with socks, toiletries, snacks etc.
Saturday's Kitchen is a community group that serves weekend meals to elderly, homeless, and low-income families at St. Vincent de Paul Family Kitchen. Twice a year, we provide monies and volunteers to serve the meals.
