Trinity Episcopal Church

Share a story

Trinity Church is a congregation active in the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan. Established in 1831, we are among the oldest congregations in the Diocese. We worship in a beautiful stone building erected in 1868 which retains much of its original furnishings and character.

Many of the people who worship here have called this place home for decades, while others have joined in more recent years. Each person who comes is welcomed as a friend and quickly incorporated into the life of the parish, invited to join in all activities.

Though we gather for various projects and activities throughout the week, our main worship together is at ten o’clock on Sunday mornings.
We enjoy a traditional liturgy from The Book of Common Prayer (1979 edition), enhanced with a variety of musical styles. Here we learn to love God and one another; here we are nurtured in that love; from here we are sent out to carry that love to the rest of the world.
