On November 11, 2023, the South Bronx Team Ministry of St. David's, St. Edmund's and St. Simeon's was recognized at the Diocesan Convention by special resolution as one new congregation, All Saints‘ Episcopal Church. And in December 2024, the court ordered the Parishes consolidated.

Walton Family Practice. They offer medical, dental and mental health services. St. Edmund's collaborated and provided the land. The Institute for Urban Health and Primary Care Development Corp. secured funding.
