Christ Church Riverdale is a community of worshippers dedicated to achieving and spreading the Biblical virtues of faith, hope and love. Moreover, as a culturally diverse family from a variety of ethnic and national backgrounds, we are a people searching for deeper ways to understand Almighty God, our world, and who we are. We warmly invite people to join, experience, and contribute to the work of the Church and the Episcopal Diocese of New York.

BIBLE STUDY
Some parishioners meet before Church to study the Bible.

OUTREACH PROGRAM
A small group of parishioners prepares a meal once a month for people who eat at The Sharing Community in Yonkers. The program is funded by contributions made by individual parishioners.
Hours of operation:
Third Thursday of the month, from 4:00 to 5:30 P.M.

RIVERDALE/KINGSBRIDGE/SPUYTEN DUYVIL FOOD PANTRY.
Individual parishioners bring in food, which is delivered to the food pantry every few weeks.

Church School children perform in the Church Choir from time to time.

MISSION TRIP/CARPENTER'S KIDS
rip destination:
Idifu, Tanzania
The Interim Pastor and one parishioner visited our sister parish in Idifu, Tanzania in 2012, and the Interim Pastor is taking a few parishioners on a similar trip this year. Idifu is the home of fifty-seven Carpenter's Kids whom individual parishioners support.
