Meal Programs

Christ Episcopal Church, together with 4 partner congregations in the north end of Clinton, adopts 30+ local families in need, providing them with large food baskets during school breaks, and serves a full luncheon five days a week as part of the Summer Lunch Program, based in Des Moines and overseen by the Iowa Department of Education.

COVID-19 UPDATE: The Summer Lunch Program for 2020 is suspended in Clinton. Though our site had hoped to switch from a communal lunch to a Grab & Go system, that option no longer will be possible. We look forward to serving the Northend community in the future.
