Ongoing commitment opportunities

Healing Blanket Ministry: members create small, simply made lap blankets appropriate for all ages and occasions.

Pioneer Day: a collaborative event every February with Sams House/Pine Island Conservation Area celebrating the history of Merritt Island. It has broad appeal for history, art, music, and nature lovers with something for all ages. The St. Luke's portion features guest speakers, tours of our historic chapel and cemetery, craft booths, a variety of non-profit organizations ranging from museums to a genealogy club and much more. Volunteers help with everything from set-up and tear-down, parking, food/beverage/baked goods sales, greeters, etc.
