St. Luke's Episcopal Church

Share a story

St. Luke’s Church has served as a place of worship, prayer, and transformation in Woodland for over 150 years. We affirm God’s love for all of God’s people. Everyone is welcome. We are a vibrant, thriving community with opportunities for people of all ages for spiritual growth, fellowship, and making a transformative difference in our community. As an Episcopal Church, we are a worshipping community that is both rich with ancient tradition and relevant to life in the 21st century.

We worship together every Sunday in our Sanctuary at 8 a.m. with Holy Eucharist, Rite I (spoken) and at 10 a.m. with Holy Eucharist, Rite II (with music). On the first Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m., we gather together in our Guild Hall for Dinner Church. We worship in a relaxed setting, gathered around the table with holy scripture, prayers, reflection, and a shared meal through both Holy Eucharist and dinner. The cost is FREE and ALL are Welcome!

St. Luke's also offers a lot of opportunities for fellowship and outreach through our partnership with Temenos Gardens, our Men's Group, Daughter's of the King, Centering Prayer, Monday and Wednesday Book Clubs, Personal Care Pantry, serving breakfast at Fourth & Hope, Christmas Concert and Bazaar, Spring Concert, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, Chili Cook-off, and more. We also gather with the families of our St. Luke's Preschool for many fun events.

We look forward to sharing God’s love with you!
