St. Paul's Episcopal Church

Share a story

St. Paul’s in Stockbridge was organized in 1834. The present stone church was designed in the Norman style by Charles F. McKim in 1884.

St. Paul’s is an active Episcopal parish which serves our Southern Berkshire community in many ways.

Worship is central to the parish’s ministry. We believe in regular worship, the sacraments, and teaching the Word of God through scripture, preaching, education and relationship. We encourage giving ourselves and our treasures as witnesses to God’s love.

During the school year, we sponsor and administer the St. Paul’s Children’s Center, a pre-school serving approximately 30 children and their parents. We are also active in the Lee food Pantry and a variety of other community endeavors.

Our Sunday schedule is:

  • 8:00 A.M. – Holy Eucharist with Sermon, a simple “Rite I” service
  • 10:00 A.M. – Holy Eucharist with Sermon, Music and Children’s Program, a “Rite II” service. A time of hospitality and fellowship follows this service.

The church is open daily. You are always welcome.
