Ministries

Friendly Kitchen Meal Ministry

Meal Programs

Friendly Kitchen serves a delicious, free meal every Monday night to anyone who comes through our doors.  Doors open at 4:45 p.m. and food is served at 5:15 p.m.  Everyone is welcome!

Five teams including an ecumenical group from St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church shop,cook, and serve hot meals for our guests.

VILLAGE AT CATAUMET--DONATIONS COORDINATION

Donation Coordination/Distribution

St. Peter’s has a long-standing relationship with the Village at Cataumet, a transitional family housing site.  Parishioners donate a collection of a particular type of item each month.  Some recent monthly donations have included: paper products, school supplies, cleaning supplies, and twin-bed items. 

AMAZING GRACE

Children and Youth Ministries

Parishioners volunteer each summer at the Amazing Grace Camp, a weeklong residential camp for children of incarcerated family members.  The parish also supports Amazing Grace with financial donations and participates in the year-round monthly gatherings.
