St. Joseph Episcopal Church

We are a multigenerational Christian community growing in spiritual life together through liturgical worship, learning and caring for all God's people. We invited and welcome all to this Holy place. A few words that describe what we do best at St. Joseph are inclusive, warm, open, nonjudgmental and spiritual. Our focus is on developing our relationship with God and with one another.

Once a quarter, St. Joseph prepares 250 lunches for the Volunteers of America, who distribute them to the homeless and working poor in Denver. Also quarterly, St. Joseph works with Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church to provide the Friday night dinner to the families staying at their shelter. We also host the families at a Saturday Day Center at St. Joseph. Parishioners have regularly traveled to Laguna, Veracruz, Mexico to assist Amiguitos with medical clinics, construction projects and educational programs for the poor families there. St. Joseph volunteers participate in Habitat for Humanity projects with Jeffco Partners for Interfaith Action. Our Peace and Justice Community studies a variety of current issues to support one another in individual action and inform the parish. We are also associated with the Episcopal Peace Fellowship, Colorado and host the monthly PeaceFlix.
