St. John's, Olney

We are a diverse Christian fellowship that reflects the broad and changing demographics of our community. We come to this community from across the street and around the world to celebrate Christ’s love through the rich heritage of the traditions of the Episcopal and Anglican church. We welcome all children of God who feel called to join in our faith community and our mission to grow in faith, proclaim the Good News of God in Christ, and to answer our Lord's call to seek justice, reconciliation and Shalom for all humanity. 

Our Mission at St. John's is to nurture Christ-centered lives in our children, teens and adults which will find its deepest expression in carrying out our Lord's command to love one another as He loves us.  We express our discipleship through joyous worship, welcoming all who come to us, empowering Christian education, sustaining a compassionate and kind fellowship, all the while working in the world for the justice, reconciliation and peace of God's Kingdom.
