The Brown Bag Lunch Program at St. Clement

St. Clement Church collaborates with seven other faith-based organizations—Christ Episcopal, Emmanuel Episcopal, Westminster, St. Paul’s Episcopal, The Old Presbyterian Meeting House, Faith, and Grace Episcopal—in supporting the Brown Bag Lunch (BBL) program. This program operates out of Meade Memorial Church on Alfred Street in Alexandria, VA, and provides over 50 meals daily every weekday throughout the year.

We at St. Clement are assigned between 15-20 days in the year to make 50 consisting of a sandwich, a piece of fruit, a sweet treat and a bag of chips.

Carpenter's Shelter Dinner

Meal Programs

We provide food and serve dinner the third Sunday of each month along side our partners at Beverly Hills Community Methodist Church. One month we provide the salad and dessert. Then the next month we provide the entree.

Plenty of opportunities for everyone together involved, whether it’s showing off your culinary skills creating delectable casseroles and desserts, your artistic talents plating food and chatting up our neighbors, or contributing ingredients or extras like bagged lettuce, dinner rolls, juice mix, and salad dressing.
