Octorara Area Food Cupboard

Food Pantries

Works with the Chester County Food Bank, Parkesburg Point (youth center), local churches, businesses and residents to provide food support to qualifying individuals and families in the greater Octorara area. 

Steeple to People, Honey Brook

Donation Coordination/Distribution

Committed to meeting a wide range of needs by offering a Food Bank, Refugee House (for temporary shelter), Thrift Store, and Youth Center. 

Good Samaritan Services of Lancaster

Shelter and Housing

A 12 to 24-month program designed to assist families facing homelessness (typically a woman with children under 18) achieve family stability. 

Parkesburg Point, Parkesburg

Children and Youth Ministries

Through strategic partnerships with churches, schools, businesses, and social organizations, aims to develop young people who are then able to positively influence their families, neighborhoods, and community. 

City Gate, Coatesville

Shelter and Housing

Covering the Coatesville area and the Chester County Prison, this ministry provides practical assistance (bed, meals & training) and spiritual teachings from the Bible to men in need. They also supply opportunities for men to work by farming and building at “The Farm,” located in Sadsbury Township. 

Bethany Christian Services of Lancaster

Donation Coordination/Distribution

Working with this faith-based agency to assist Afghan and Ukrainian refugees in Lancaster County PA

Lions Club of Christiana PA

Donation Coordination/Distribution

Collects eyeglasses and cases and participates in various sight-related projects including:  Northeast Eye Bank, Helen Keller Emergency Eye/Ear Medical Fund
