Support for Reclaim Shelter Services

Meal Programs

At St Clare’s Church, we believe in extending compassion and support to those in need, and providing shelter meals is a meaningful way to fulfill that commitment. By offering nourishing meals to individuals who are experiencing homelessness or facing challenging circumstances, we aim to address their immediate physical needs and create a safe and welcoming environment for them. These meals not only provide sustenance, but they also serve as a beacon of hope, reminding individuals that they are valued and cared for by their community. Through our collective efforts, we strive to alleviate hunger, foster a sense of belonging, and inspire positive change in the lives of those we serve.

St. Clare's Knitters and Needleworkers

Aging, Health and Wellbeing

It's more than knitting!  We knit, crochet, and quilt prayer shawls (to wrap yourself in) and lapghans (to drape over your legs,) and make teddy bears to comfort people suffering from illness or trauma.  Since inception in August of 2019, we have made over 300 prayer shawls and numerous quilts, hats, scarves and lapghans.  They have been sent throughout the United States, Switzerland, Germany, and Australia.
