St. Peter's Episcopal Church

Share a story

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church was the first Episcopal Church in Charlotte, organized in 1834 and recognized as a parish in the Diocese of North Carolina in 1844.  Today, the church is a vibrant, welcoming, and progressive community of faith, offering traditional Anglican worship and exceptional choral music, faith formation, fellowship for all ages, and outreach ministries from our historic home in Uptown Charlotte.
