St. Paul Episcopal Church

Share a story

Saint Paul's Episcopal Church is a gathered community that worships, prays, plays, and cares for one another and the larger community, as we share our common life in Christ.  Members are from Smithfield, Clayton, Four Oaks, Selma, Benson, Newton Grove, Pine Level, and everywhere in between. We welcome all to our Parish and invite all to become a part of our Parish Community.  Our goal at St. Paul's is to know Christ and to make Christ known.

We offer two services every Sunday, both Rite II Holy Eucharist.  Our 8:00 am service is a quieter service without music.  Our 11:00 am service features a wonderful choir.  We have Christian Formation for all ages beginning at 10:00 am, and a Nursery from 10:00 through the 11:00 service.

Sermons are available both as text and audio files via the Rector's blog: http://jmelnyk.blogspot.com/

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.  The office is closed on Fridays.

Our beautiful outdoor labyrinth on the Church Street side of the campus is available to everyone at all times.
