Saint Joseph’s Episcopal Church welcomes all people to our life together, including all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex people. We embrace the diversity of God’s creation in sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, faith history, economic status, marital status, disability status, and education. As siblings created in the image of God and new creations in Jesus Christ, we welcome all as beloved children of God. We commit to treat one another with love and respect. We welcome the full participation of all people into the life and ministry of St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church. We hope to journey with you into the full reconciliation that we have together in Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that we are all different and will not always think alike. We welcome all in our call to work together to love, understand, and respect one another as equals in Jesus Christ.
Our church grounds are open from sunrise to sunset to anyone who would like a place to rest and renew. Feel free to take your coffee break or bring a picnic lunch to enjoy at our picnic tables or come take a stroll through the back garden and see what is in bloom!
St. Basil Romanian Orthodox Church meets upstairs in the parish hall every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m.
We are always interested in meeting our neighbors around St. Joseph’s, both new and long-time, and in learning what the needs are in our neighborhood. We look forward to meeting you!

Ministries
Building Relationships with Our Homeless Neighbors
Our primary ministry is with our homeless neighbors, some of whom sleep on our property. As we get to know our homeless/poor neighbors we are able to connect them, when appropriate, with local organizations to help meet their needs for permanent housing, SSI, jobs, mental health/addiction services. We share breakfast following Morning Prayer Monday through Friday with any who come. Members from St. Joseph's as well as other local churches help provide and prepare breakfast each day. During Winter months when the temperatures drop below freezing we try to open up the parish hall to our neighbors who need shelter.
