We do an annual fundraiser for Holy Cross School in Grahamstown, South Africa (school for AIDS orphans operated by the Holy Cross brothers)

VACATION BIBLE STUDY

Children and Youth Ministries

We host a camp together with five other churches.  The camp takes place at a local Methodist camp and retreat center, and includes bible stories, singing, arts and crafts, nature hikes, swimming, a snack and a nutritious lunch.  We send a bus to pick up children of the migrant farmworkers at area farms.

RONDOUT VALLEY FOOD PANTRY

Food Pantries

The Food Pantry was started by Christ the King and has a separate facility on our grounds.  It has incorporated as a separate 501(c)(3), with six partner churches represented on the board.  Community groups, businesses and individuals also provide regular support.   We provide food to approximately 120 households or 400 people each month.  Additionally, we provide extra weekend and summer time food for families with school lunch eligible children.

Hours of operation:

The Food Pantry is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am-10am
