Church of St. Andrew in Valley

Share a story

Saint Andrew's-in-the-Valley, located in Tamworth, New Hampshire, is the Episcopal Church for the Ossipee Valley. Our members and worshipers come from Tamworth, Sandwich, Ossipee, Moultonborough, Madison, Freedom, Effingham, and beyond.

We welcome you, wherever you are in your spiritual journey and whatever your background. It’s not that we have all the answers – we are looking to make our life better and to make the life of the world better with God’s help. Our common life is centered in our Sunday services of worship, when we gather in prayer and praise, to hear God's Word, to be renewed in the sharing of Holy Communion, and to be sent back out into the world to be Christ's heart, hands, and voice in our schools, homes, and places of work and recreation.

Come join us as we seek to be sustained by God's Word, to be given an inquiring and discerning heart, a spirit to know and love God, and the gift of joy and wonder in all God's works.

Our vision statement:

Saint Andrew’s-in-the-Valley – an inclusive faith community,
worshipping together and doing Christ’s work in the world with love and joy!

We hope you will join us for worship and fellowship!
