We are a Ministry of the Baptized congregation, servicing a small economically challenged community.
We partner with other denominations to provide a Food Disbribution program for our community. Food is distributed the third Friday of each month at the Otter Lake Church of The Nazarene, with all four Otter Lake churches taking part.

Food Pantry
We partner with three other churches in Otter Lake to provide a Food Pantry and a Food Distribution program. The Food Pantry and the Food Distribution program is at the Otter Lake Church of the Nazarene. The Food Distribution is on the 3rd Friday of each month. We are currently serving over 60 families each month. This would not be possible without the full cooperation of all four denominations in our area.
Children's Education
Sunday School is provided for all our children through the school year. We end our studies at the end of May and start up again in September after school has started.
Vacation Bible School
We hold Vacation Bible School at St. John's for a full week, in August of each year, for children ages 4 to 12. We partner with the Community of Christ Church of Otter Lake. We decide on a program for the children and both churches provide teachers, food, crafts, games, music and we hold a service for the children in our sanctuary before each daily lesson.
