All Saints Episcopal Church

All Saints is the Episcopal Church in Western Springs and is a parish of the Diocese of Chicago
All Saints was founded as a mission of the Diocese of Chicago in 1894, making 20014 our 120th year in Western Springs!
The church originally met in Western Springs's water tower, until purchasing "the old white church" from the local Quaker Meeting. Incorporated as a parish in the 1940's, All Saints soon needed an expanded and updated home, and our current building (really, three separate building projects!) dates to the late 1950's and early 1960's. The cloister links the current sanctuary and chapel with the parish hall (which is also consecrated for use as a sanctuary, as it was built first and housed services for several years!).
All Saints is a small, friendly community. We are "the church where everyone knows your name" and pride oursel f on a friendly and fun atmosphere. Services are held at 7:30 and and 10:30am on Sundays, with formation for all ages (yes, adults too!) at 9:15. Please note: during the summer (June 1 through September 7th) we worship together as one body at 9am on Sundays. We worship in a "broad church" style, which will feel very familiar to you if you grew up in a Roman Catholic, Lutheran, or Episcopal setting. Communion is celebrated at each service, and we welcome all to God's table! When the worship service ends, we consider our service just begun, and are involved in our community as members of many clubs and associations. All Saints' Outreach Committee is also very active, and partners with local non-profits to support all our neighbors.
Are you looking for a new church in Western Springs? Do you want to connect with others serving God and loving our neighbors? Are you hungry to renew your connection with God, or feel that you're missing just a little extra purpose in your life? We invite you to join us and see if All Saints can be your home, too.
