St. Francis Episcopal Church

We are a community church with a long tradition of service. We are home to a diverse membership and a meeting place for many community groups in the Balboa Terrace neighborhood. 

There are plenty of free street parking spaces around church. We are 1 block from the K MUNI Line stop at Junipero Serra and Ocean Ave, 1 block from the 57 MUNI Bus Stop on Junipero Serra, and 3 blocks from the M MUNI Line stop at Ocean Avenue.

Everyone is welcome at our table. Services are held weekly on Sundays in the Sanctuary at 399 San Fernando Way, San Francisco. We hold  a choral Eucharist at 10:00 am. Coffee Hour in the Parish Hall or the courtyard follows the 10:00 am service. Morning Prayer is held  on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:30AM. All events are FREE unless otherwise noted.

• St. Francis' Handcrafters (Thursdays) 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Every 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month.                 No meeting on 12/18.
• Friends of Francis' Men's Dinner & Fellowship (Fridays) 6:00pm. Every 1st Friday of the month (2nd Friday if the 1st falls on a holiday).
• Bible Study (Sundays) 11:45am after Coffee Hour.
• Dwelling of the Word (Thursdays) 7:00pm 2/5/26 - 3/12/26, 6/25/26 - 7/30/26, 9/17/26 - 10/22/26
