Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church

Share a story

Grace-Calvary is a place for all ages where people can question and explore what it means to follow Jesus Christ. Where worship and belonging in community are a vital part of our life; where we care deeply about serving the needs of our community and the world in Christ's name.

  • We seek to provide easy entry into everything--so that our worship and fellowship, our miinistries and classes are all welcoming never intimidating or exclusive.
  • We seek to be a place and a people where God's love is evident. Whatever the context, each person is invited, allowed, encouraged to encounter God and to grow in love with God.
  • We seek to be a safe place to belong and grow. Some seek spiritual growth, wanting guidance and companionship. Some seek social belonging, to be connected to God through people working together. Some seek intellectual growth, wanting to gain a deeper understanding of God and the world.

Mission Statement for Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church
Grace-Calvary Church is open to all people for communion with God and each other in Christ.  Within and beyond this historic Church we strive to do God's work; nurturing our spirits, reaching out to those in need, valuing and caring for the diversity of God's creation.

We are part of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta, The Right Rev. Robert C. Wright, Bishop.
